How do I know what size urn I need?
As a general rule of thumb, you will need 1 cubic inch of capacity for every 1 pound of body weight prior to cremation. For example, a person weighing 200 lbs would require a 200 cubic inch urn.
What materials are your urns made from?
We offer a diverse selection of high-quality materials including solid brass, hand-carved wood, biodegradable paper for water burials, ceramic, and natural marble to suit any home aesthetic.
How long does shipping take for personalized items?
Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. For urns featuring custom engraving, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our artisans to complete the personalization before dispatch.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we understand the sensitive nature of your purchase. All orders are shipped in plain, sturdy cardboard boxes with no mention of 'Urns' or 'Cremation' on the outer labeling for your privacy.
Can I return an urn if it's not what I expected?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on urns that have already been filled.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the selected memorial.
