Secure Packaging

Carefully place the unused urn in its original protective velvet bag and sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.

Once our workshop inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
